Elementary Program

The elementary years are an important time in a child’s development. During this stage, many foundational beliefs, concepts, and life principles begin to form. At Gateway Christian Academy, we focus on strong academic fundamentals while providing a safe Christian environment where students can grow both spiritually and academically.
Our elementary program uses the Abeka Curriculum, a comprehensive curriculum taught from a Christian perspective. Students receive instruction in core subjects such as Bible, English, phonics-based reading, math, history, and science. In addition to these subjects, students also participate in special classes including library, Spanish, chapel, STEM, and art, which help enrich their learning experience and encourage creativity and exploration.
